THE PROJECT
Get to know hybrid sports photographer and videographer Travis Ellison & see why he relies on Sony’s PDT-FP1 Portable Data Transmitter to transfer content quickly from the sidelines to his editors. This is a case study showing how this amazing device is used in the real world by a professional.
THE CHALLENGE
There are many ways to film a case study but what could we do to create a unique video that makes people want to buy it? We also needed to convey that he is always on the move shooting professional games including for the NFL. Instead of going point by point of what the FP1 can do, we dived into the story behind Travis Ellison and how he uses the product as a on the go hybrid creative.
OUR SOLUTION
We shot and edited unique transitions to show that Travis was not only into cameras at a young age, but understood the game being an athlete himself. To showcase him traveling, we filmed him on the move in Dallas, TX, and in multiple locations including a football field, hotel, and cafe.
